My yoga classes blend traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga with creative and unique sequences that flow in and out of each other with a mix of held postures. There is a strong focus on breath control to help keep the nervous system in balance. I invite you to come listen to your body, breath deeply and move in and out of poses at your own pace. Whether your an absolute beginner or have been practicing yoga for awhile, my classes are suited for all levels.
