I have practiced yoga for 17 years. Throughout those years and life and being human as I am, I have cultivated my practice of noticing. I brought attention first to my body, which has form, and then later and now bring awareness to breath and energy, which has no form. I watch and notice how my practice and how I teach changes. I am continually grateful for this gift and the many opportunities I am given, through the connection I get with those Wonderful people I teach, and practice beside.
