I teach in the Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions at yoga studios, health clubs and corporate venues in the Albuquerque area. My classes emphasize breath, alignment and movement synchronicity. Modifications and optional hands-on adjustments are offered. Private and small group sessions also available.

Pam is wonderful

Pam Creates thoughtful classes, always a nice flow. She is great with hands-on adjustments. She also does Ashtanga Primary Lead!
