Pamela’s Yoga Journey began with her Doctors recommendation for chronic pain from years of horseback riding and tennis. Noticing not only a physical change in her body, but also a mental shift her passion was ignited. Helping others develop body awareness, while connecting to breath and movement; she was led to follow the path. Licensed as a Certified Personal Trainer fitness has always played a huge role in her life. Pam wants others to experience the journey to find and maintain a peaceful mind and body.
