Pankaj Seth, Program Director and Head Teacher (200 RYT), (300 RYT)
Pankaj began his study of yoga at the age of 13 in his hometown, the holy city of Varanasi, under the guidance of ___ and began teaching yoga at age 15. Pankaj has competed in numerous yoga competitions, in which contestants demonstrate their skill in asana (postural alignment) and transitions. In 2003 and 2006, he won the Yoga Championships in Varanasi held by the All India Cultural Association. Pankaj teaches Hatha Yoga, inspired by the Bihar School, with focus on adjustments, allowing students to experience postures past their pre-conceived limits. He began working with westerners in 2003 and has gained deep insight into the typical blockages and imbalances of the modern western body and how to bring balance back.
