Paolina obtained the certification recognized by the Yoga Alliance as a Yoga teacher in February 2019, at Dutchi Yoga in Chiang Mai. Many others are the intensive courses she attended as a student before dedicating herself to teaching.
The certification was a huge step taken with the aim of deepening the subject for herself. The passion and desire to share Yoga as lifestyle is so great that she organizes intensive workshops and focused classes.
Italian with Thai origins, since 2016 she has been living in Chiang Mai, where she offers private and small group lessons in Italian, English and Thai.
Paolina approached Yoga for the first time at the age of 24, when she lived in London and where she practiced with several international teachers and different types of Yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Rocket, Iyengar and Ashtanga.
For her, Yoga is not only when you get on the mat, but it should be brought with you in everyday life, as a discipline to be applied consistently.
Once moved to Thailand, she practices daily with Kru Nok Hot Yoga, Hatha Flow and begins meditation. Then she meets Kru Dutchi and, attending various classes, discovers her passion for Anusaranga, a different yoga style, founded by the Thai teacher, where the physical practice meets the spiritual one. A fusion of Anusara Yoga and Ashtanga.
In recent years Paolina has also studied other subjects, such as crystals, essential oils, traditional Thai massages, sound therapy with the use of gong, Yoga calligraphy and Chi Qong. All to improve your well-being and bring inner peace.
