Yoga found me in 2007 and ever since I am totally hooked on. Throughout the years I practised different styles, from Jivamukti to Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga to Hot Yoga and finally I got to Hatha Yoga which is the style I decided to get my Yoga Teacher certificate in. Why Hatha Yoga? It worked miracles on me as through the slower pace of the practise I can create a relationship with my breath and therefore benefit not only from the physical strength it needs but also from the breathing which nourishes my whole body and mind. I do also teach restorative yoga - to relax and wind down while giving the body a beautiful stretch - as well as playful and creative children’s yoga classes. Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga and another passion of mine. I love to include Ayurveda into yoga and also run workshops on that topic.
