Patricia brings a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe to class that comes from 15 years of personal practice. She believes we are all students of life as well as yoga. We are all at different stages of spiritual growth and asana (physical) practice, so keeping students practicing safely within the limits of their body, while finding challenge to learn and grow from, is important to her. Patricia believes that the body and breath are tools in quieting our minds and freeing ourselves from suffering. Each class is sprinkled with yoga philosophy in order to contemplate yoga practice in daily life.
