Dubsweat is a unique shared yoga experience. It is a space for you to let go of your worldly considerations, a space to practice flow and breath and to join others in movement. It is a sensory experience where motion and sound interlace. You will be guided through a sequence of movements that will build endurance and strength supported by music that will encourage and activate the practice. Similar to the many layers of yoga, dub music is mysterious, driven by hypnotic rhythm and exploration.
