A life-long lover of movement and dance, I have been been taking classes and teaching dance and aerobics for decades. As I age, I find that I increasingly enjoyed my yoga practice to give me strength, balance and peace. I decided to learn more by earning my 200 hour certificate from 8 Limbs in Seattle. I love teaching and continue to take classes and workshops from great yoga instructions all over Seattle.
Beyond my mat, I enjoy cooking, hiking, biking, gardening, my hubby, my two dogs and my daughter and new grand-daughter.
