Meditation is my life's work and I've been a meditation instructor since 1994. I offer workplace training, public classes and private classes. My style of teaching is practical, straightforward and nonreligious. I love sharing the benefits of meditation with people who are interested in learning how to relax, sleep better, improve their concentration and generally boost their quality of life. I regard meditation as a skill or craft that can be put to many uses. I trained with Eric Harrison at the Perth Meditation Centre for seven years and I've attended more than a dozen meditation retreats in several different traditions, mostly in the Mahasi method Burmese insight meditation.
