Paula offers small and personal yoga classes suitable for all body's. With small class sizes I can create a safe and supportive environment by giving alignment techniques and options to suit all students. "Your Body, Your Yoga".
The word Yoga means to connect; it's not some type of exercise but a system based in experiential practices passed down over thousands of years. These practices of breathing, mindfulness, physical movements and rest are taught within each class, just as a thread is woven (sutra) to create cloth so is the practice of yoga to create wellbeing and balance in body, mind and spirit.
