Paula loves yoga! She first came to her mat 15 years ago for the physical benefits and shortly there after started to experience a calmer mind. These combined benefits with a passion for travel transformed her perspective on life. Paula completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Works in Vinyasa Flow style. She likes to make her classes fun and challenging, with an emphasis on intelligent sequencing and detailed alignment. Currently available for private or group sessions around Pembroke/Petawawa Ontario.
