Hi Im described as fun, caring, empathetic & having mad curly hair.
I have been in the health & fitness industry since 1996.
In 2012 I had Meningitis, this made me take a long, hard look at my life as I was running my own studio teaching 23 classes a week.
Something had to change!
I began my own quest for wellness, changing direction in my career & I have not looked back.
Gone is my hard body but it has been replaced by a softer, calmer, happier me. I will continue to enhance my own wellness and that of my family, friends & clients.
I offer mobile 121 & small group sessions as well as local community classes.
