A fitness enthusiast since college when she first discovered the benefits of regular exercise to her own health and well-being and a yoga practitioner for the past 10 years, I bring a mindful approach to teaching yoga that begins with body awareness and respect for and acceptance of the body you have been given. My programs offer a mix of Hatha yoga based styles and mindful meditation to facilitate the connection of the mind, body, and spirit. By keeping it simple, honest, and relatable to everyday experience, my gentle approach makes the practice accessible and provides a welcome oasis for students of all types to find their own personal way to take better care of themselves and be their truest and best self.
