Paula first experienced yoga at a vinyasa flow class before she went on to practice many different styles including Ashtanga and Iyengar. Loving what yoga had given her personally Paula wanted to delve a little deeper. She began her first Yoga training with the ISY. She continued her training in the USA with Frog Lotus Yoga and completed the advanced 300 hour training with Frog Lotus Yoga in India. Paula has trained in Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga as well as Anatomy and Physiology. Having attended classes with many advanced teachers including Tim Feldmann, Manju Jois, Ana Forrest, Peter Sanson, Paul Dallaghan and Sri Tiwari Paula continues on her spiritual journey, a dedicated student and teacher. Her classes are strong, energetic and fun with a focus on correct alignment.
