I teach Yoga as a way of life, cuing to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing effects it offers; helping people tap into self awareness; encouraging personal experience, and promoting patience with Self. I thrive to bring to class a focused, attentive, and energetic environment where students can experience yoga safely and believe in a supportive and precise focus to my teaching, providing guidance in the breath, the movements, and the alignment of poses. I also strongly believe in hands-on adjustments to both help students avoid injury as well as to get the most out of a pose through proper alignment.
