At 19 my Hatha Yoga practice began. Many teachers and many trainings later, my practice is a living one that embraces the ethical and moral codes. I strive to Live the practice rather than 'do' the practice. It flows more that way and is integrated into my entire day.
Blessings to my Kripalu teachers from the early 90's and my Iyengar teachers (to this day), my Vedanta swam inis and swamis (Wise Earth Ayurveda, Swami Dayananda) and my students who have been my greatest teachers along the way.
It is truly a delight and an honor to have yoga in my life this way - teaching, sharing and continuing to offer the Light of Yoga to others.

Currently, my 300 hour yoga therapy program is as an accredited member school with International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). It is very exciting to be working at the Yoga Therapy level again. Our 200 hour yoga course has been offered in NJ and PA since 1996. Although a small school, we have graduates all over the world sharing their light of yoga with others.
