I have been an "irregular" student of yoga during several years learning about different styles, such as Kundalini and Hatha yoga. I got inspired to get a teacher certification in Raja yoga in April 2016 in Bali. I wanted to learn more, so I got another yoga teacher certification in February 2018 in South Africa.
I like to teach and practice yoga in a mindful, calm and meditative way, without pressure to "perform". The focus is in bringing the spiritual into physical with breathing, meditating and doing asana. I teach mainly beginners and intermediates but the classes are suitable for everyone.
