Pauline Hambelton-Hopf

Pauline Hambelton trained as a classical ballet dancer at the world renowned Bush Davies school.

She performed in ballets and later in musical theatre including roles in Cats, West Side Story, My Fair Lady, Cinderella, Fiddler on the Roof, Oh,Kay! and Brigadoon in London, Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg and Salzburg.

After having children she moved on to become a leading ballet and yoga teacher in Germany, gaining experience teaching all levels from professional ,vocational to adult beginners and children.

She relocated to the UK in September 2013 and currently teaches Hatha, gentle and dynamic yoga forms and ballet in various studios, health clubs, companies, schools and privately as well as organising and running yoga retreats, holidays and workshops in the UK, Germany and Spain.

My Yoga sessions are energizing, fun and refreshing.
Concentrating on asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and savasana (relaxation) to improve posture, flexibility and breath awareness.
To help strengthen, tone and detoxicate the body and to focus and calm the mind,thus reducing stress.
