I have practiced primarily Hatha Yoga for over 38 years and have had the opportunity to participate in classes and workshops with some of the leading yoga masters prior to becoming a instructor. Throughout the years,I have shared the benefits of yoga with family and friends and I am excited to share it with new friends as an instructor. I am trained in Aerial Yoga, Yin and Hatha Yoga.
