I am a graduate teacher from the Kathmandu School of Yoga and have been practicing yoga for more than 5 years. I am influenced by the principles of Satyananda Yoga, my peers, my life, the environment and travels. I aim to bring a unique sense of yogic knowledge to each and every attendee of my class. Through genuine intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, my goal is to have my students leave the class with a deep sense of gratitude towards the world of yoga and personally feel refreshed and renewed, with a deep conviction to dedicate and invest their time towards yoga. My style of teaching is for students to follow with their ears rather than their eyes, to make people feel, experience and internalize deep within. A practical session generally covers Asanas (Body Postures), Pranayamas (Scientific Techniques of Conscious Breathing), Yoga Nidra/Relaxation (Psychic sleep-guided meditation), followed by Dharana (Concentration).
