Had been a RN for 27 years. Always enjoyed yoga but had issues with balance. Participated in Tae Kwan Doe for 10 yrs and received 1st degree BB. Returned to yoga when knee issues worsened-trying to find a style that would fit me-I stumbled upon Svaroopa(R) yoga. In my first class I was able to find my balance. I was intrigued with Embodyment Therapy so I went on to teacher training.
