Peggy believes the days of concentrating on one area are gone. All of our organs, bones, tendons and ligaments are connected via a network of fascia. Our entire body is connected and we are going to treat it as a unit. We are going to learn to respect our feet (and every part above them) and the important role they play in our overall health regardless of age. Our goal with each instruction is to bring strength and stability back to your body. Each pose will be described in such a way that modifications, if needed, will be easily understood. And your core will be identified as the area from your head to your toe. If you want to maintain the strength and flexibility your currently have or improve on what you have so aging will be a rewarding and fulfilling process, then your time on the mat with Peggy will be well rewarded.
