Inspired in how yoga and meditation help to quiet the mind and allow for an inner reach to the deepest, most authentic self, I have been practicing since 2000 and teaching since 2012.
It is in my heart to share yoga to help others deepen their relationship with their own bodies, heart and minds. In my classes you can expect a strong safe space to explore your practice. We will set intentions, focus on asana alignment, practice breath work, and possibly chant. We will experience movement and stillness together in balanced classes that are intuitively offered for every body.
