Penny (RYT 200) believes yoga will change your life. She teaches both vigorous power vinyasa classes with long holds that will challenge you physically and mentally AND gentler classes focusing on stretching and unwinding your body. All of Penny's yoga classes will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced and flexible.
Penny provides skillful verbal cues and hands-on assists with a focus on breath and safe alignment. Penny creates a warm and welcoming space for her students to work at their own pace, try new things and explore new possibilities. "The only rule I have in my class is that you breathe. Everything else is optional."
A Registered Nurse, Penny has been teaching people about health and wellness since 1987. She believes practicing yoga will create a ripple effect of wellness in your life and hopes to see you on your mat soon!
