Yoga is a combination of physical and mental disciplines which make the body stronger and healthier, the mind calmer and more controlled helping towards a healthier, more positive, and active approach to life.
Teaching interests are currently in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Baby Yoga and Classes for those in the third age (over 60’s).
My intention in teaching is to communicate the wonders of the human
being, the amazing abilities of the body and the subtleties of the mind and emotions that make us truly blessed. Through practice and patient endeavour we can become more balanced and harmonious in our bodies, minds and lives. Through the development of a deep inner awareness we can improve many aspects of our lives to benefit ourselves and others.
I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching since 1993. I now find myself drawn to Structural awareness, posture, and realigning through breath and movement. Are you integrated with your body, mind and spirit?
