I was born in Tibet, grew up as a Tibetan refugee in India, and was educated in a Tibetan boarding school with an emphasis on both western and eastern styles of education.
The school was founded by the 14th Dalai Lama and his sisters. Since the school was founded to preserve the rich culture, religion and language of Tibet, tenants of Tibetan Buddhism became my foundational principles.
While the western education and the privilege encouraged me to ask questions, remain curious and explore this physical reality, the eastern way of upbringing grounds me in compassion and explore the wisdom tradition.
My did my RYT 200 from India with the focus on full yogic experience which is mainly using the eight limb path as a tool to realizing truth and living joyfully. I got my yoga therapy and Ayurveda certification from India as well.
My education background is in psychology and my gift is in working with the mind through yoga practice. It transformed and continues to transform my life and I am so happy to share this discipline to anyone who feels ready to receive it.
Yoga helped me to become more embodied and shifted my perspective about life completely.
Turn all the external blame to oneself.
Dissolve all self-blame
into the expansiveness of compassionate emptiness .
No blame remains,
No guilt remains,
Rest and remain.
