Pepin began his practice of yoga in 2000, and has experienced various forms under the guidance of various teachers. His preference in his own practice is combination of both dynamic as more a static practice of yoga. Developing both flexibility and power in muscle, tendons and fascia.
He has experience with various forms of yoga, such as Classical Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Asthanga Vinyāsa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Partner Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. He practices and studies various martial arts and Pilates.
He has completed the internationally recognized 200 hour Teacher Training at Arhanta Yoga International (RYS200 / RYS500) in the ashram in the Netherlands. This program educates Classical hatha Yoga, as taught by Swami Sivananda. This form of yoga focuses the effect of asanas especially in the healing and love glands and organs. To achieve this, the body needs to be strong and flexible.
Pepin is also a certified Sportsmasseur, and certified in Dynamic Taping and Kinesio Taping.
