I take a personal and individualized approach to teaching yoga. The basis of my teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types; if you can breathe, you can benefit from yoga! My classes consist of a series of asanas that connect to a theme, bringing attention to your alignment, foundation, breath and inner knowledge. The sequence and intensity of the class varies depending on your experience, energy and prowess. They are accessible to beginners, while also challenging for intermediate students. Having overcome my own personal struggles with my health through the practice of yoga, I find a lot of joy in teaching people how to reconnect with their bodies and heal themselves.
