I am Kundalini Yoga teacher and researcher of Yoga, Spirituality and Health. I teach at various locations around London (Hampstead, swiss cottage, ANgel, SOuth Kensington) and also provide private sessions for individuals and small groups which can be done at your home, my home, or at a selected local venue.
To me Yoga is not just a practice. Its a world of information that helps us recognise understand our dimensions as human beings.
We are infinite and creative in potential but we tend to see ourselves as limited and sometimes stuck. In our classes we use the tools of Kundalini Yoga, a very ancient practice, in order to bridge this gap and live to our maximum depth and potential.
My focus is to uplift always. I provide you with a safe environment in which you can receive the tools to create real change in your life, a change that comes from within. Once you discover how great you really are and how much you can rely on yourself to change the things you are not happy with, life becomes a beautiful adventure. New surprises appear every day and challenges are received with open arms, endless energy and a strong sense of intuition.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga helps us become physically and mentally fit. We strengthen our core muscles, immune system and glands. We improve blood circulation and work on our nervous system, to become resilient to stress. Most importantly we develop an awareness of how we can influence our body mind and spirit.
