The idea of finding what I can bring to the pose instead of what the pose can bring to me, becoming the pose to really know it instead of doing the pose.

Intuitve, experienced,funny and oh so loving :)

Petra is one of the best teachers I have experienced. She stays connected, share from her heart , and she holds a lot of space for you to follow your own rythm. She encourage you to trust and find your inner guidance, and supports you uncontitionally. She has a light and vibrant energy, and I always get something deep and profound out of every class.
