My joga journey began in 2009 on my first yoga lesson. Originally I started yoga to complete my sport
activities with stretching and I realized yoga is more than stretching and building flexibility. I worked in an office that time and I had been working too much, worrying more and the yoga was my little place to find peace and exclude the stressfull life. I’ve decided to change my lifestyle. In 2013 I learned yumeiho
massage and I’ve opened a massage studio with my friend. In this time I discovered lots about anatomy and energetic pathways and of course how bad is sitting in an office day-by-day. I wanted to show my
clients how can they help for themselfes with yoga so I completed a yoga course and I started teach office and back yoga as a freelancer. In the end of 2014 I’ve started to travelling with my boyfriend – who is a kitesurf instructor – and in Thailand I continued my massage-studies. I’ve finished a thai massage course which so called yoga for lazy people. While travelling I saw the smile on the kitesurfer students and I decided I want to find the thing what I can give the people which makes them relaxed and energetic in the same time – and of course makes them happy!
In 2015 I completed a 200-hour-hatha yoga instructor course approved by the Yoga Alliance International in Hungary. I teach in a traditional way my classes challenging for all levels physically and mentally, include minimal demonstration and maximum hands on assists. I aim is to help my students to be present in the practice and I would like to give away what I know. And also to have my students leave the class energetic and refreshed.
