I have been practicing various Yoga styles for over 15 years, and I am a 200 hrs Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher. I teach Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. It's my intention to focus on connecting breath and movement in order to get into a healing flow, increase inner awareness and to bring body and soul together.
While I was always been drawn to Yoga, its full potential for healing the physical body became clear when I suffered a serious lower back injury in 2005. In more recent years I began to get involved in Tibetan Buddhism and Meditation. During a one month monastery retreat in Nepal, I recognized to what extent Yoga had been a supporting and driving force in my life, reaching far beyond body-only benefits. This was the necessary spark to allocate more space to Yoga in my life and to start teaching.
I'm living in Phnom Penh refining my practice and finding ways to integrate different traditions.
