Yoga is my with healthy food, the hills and nature in general! I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, then embarked on a Yoga for those with Cancer course and then recently have been training with Swami Vedantananda. There is so much we can learn and practice and I am indebted to those that have studied the ancient texts and brought them to life. So much to share ... and I am passionate about sharing with those in the whole of our community as yoga can help to build stength physically, but also emotionally and mentally. I teach classical hatha yoga and always include pranayama, meditation and relaxation (of Yoga Nidra) in my classes.
