CLASS DESCRIPTION: This mixed level class is a blend of different HATHA YOGA traditions. The pace is slow and steady and the practice deeply engages our bodies, minds and hearts. Starting with warming poses first, the practice then moves into the themed focus work with modifications or challenges as desired by the student. The physical poses are a means for cultivating inner listening, mindfulness, and heart-centered living on and off the mat. Please join us for the journey.
