From my early years of studying movement and dance to more recently experiencing pregnancy and childbirth, I have come to acknowledge and admire the body’s natural ability to transform to a state of balance and harmony.
After practicing various forms of yoga over the past 13 years, I have become deeply interested in the relationship between the mind and body and how our emotional state manifests itself within the body.
Since my first introduction to Ayurveda in 2003, I have been guided by these principles, whilst also pursuing further knowledge of modern science and nutrition.
I am a Certified YogaJaya Baseworks Teacher (YJAT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with the Yoga Alliance.
For the past two years, I have been teaching at the YogaJaya studio in Tokyo, Japan and have only recently returned to Australia.
