My yogic and nursing training and experiences have moved me to create a teaching approach that provides the time for the student to feel each phase of moving into a posture, allowing adaptation of the posture to meet the individual's needs while maintaining the integrity of the pose. My ultimate goal is to motivate the student to establish a daily Yoga practice which ensures continuous personal growth, a sense of well-being and peace of mind as well as increased strength and flexibility.
