When I took my first yoga class in 2006, I hated it and couldn't wait for class to end so I could run out and never come back. I was anxious, restless and rigid. It took me another two years to give yoga a try and I'm glad I didn't overthink it. Easy on the cheese, but my entire life changed - my relationship with myself, with my family/friends/colleagues, my patterns, everything. Yoga allowed me to take a long hard look at myself and accept what I was seeing so that I could change it. Acceptance is a big word.

I've since become a yoga instructor and I teach hatha-based classes with a twist - pilates, yin and qi gong make appearances in my sequences as I build on everything I've practiced and connected with over the years.

I cater to people with physical limitations such as arthritis and MS, as well as cancer survivors. I adore seniors, have I mentioned that? Adore.

I happily sub for instructors and teachers across Beirut, and I'm available for private sessions with individuals and groups of up to 4.
