The philosophy and practice of yoga has enriched my life immeasurably, and continues to guide and support my journey. I have been a student of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini, and chose to undergo my teacher training in Integral Yoga and the complementary science of Ayurveda. An Integral Hatha yoga class generally incorporates a centring practice, selection of asanas based on the principles of vinyasa krama, and finishes with a pranayama practice and deep relaxation. Each class presents the opportunity of incorporating aspects of yoga philosophy based on the eight limbs, and it is very satisfying to be able to share this with students.
