I love sharing yoga and mindfulness with underserved groups and individuals in my community. My custom designed classes are very small with 2 to 6 students. (I also offer private sessions to busy professionals and organizations). I offer ongoing classes on-demand, as well as structured 30-day programmes designed to suit the unique needs of my clients, including men and boys, high performance athletes, performers, gymnasts, martial artists and equestrians. I also donate my time through a 'get one hour, give one hour' programme to work with select organizations helping seniors, at risk youth, vulnerable populations and folks with mental health concerns of all ages. My objective is to encourage everyone to discover the beauty and benefits of yoga and mindfulness on their own terms, in a private, supportive yet challenging environment.
