Besides the scientific benefits in our physical body, a yoga practice connects us to our inner self. By being present, our true compassionate, loving essence emerges. It connects us to our true self, and so yoga transforms us to be for the best of what we can be.
I took my first yoga class in 1992, and have been a student ever since. In 2012, I decided to dedicate myself to sharing the powerful teachings of yoga with others full time. I left a successful career in advertising in Los Angeles (California) and enrolled at the Sivananda Yoga Farm in Grass Valley.
Since then I have lived in India and now in Madrid always applying the teachings of yoga and living a simple joyful life.
