Many yogis were dancers or gymnasts or athletes before getting on their mats, but that isn’t my story. It was a happy accident that brought me to my first yoga class. Since beginning my practice in San Francisco in 2006 I have studied Bikram, Power, Vinyasa, Forrest, Iyengar and Viniyoga styles with Rodney Yee, Sean Corne, Colleen Saidman, Ana Forrest, Gary Kraftsow and Baron Baptiste. In 2010 I completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. My desire to teach is fueled by the compassion for my body that has come from a regular yoga practice. Through yoga I developed a joy in my own skin which has resulted in me wanting to ski/hike/run/yoga/play/do more.
