I have been on the yogic path for over half my life. What began as an interesting and fun new way to play and exercise soon developed in to a full blown passion. Through yoga I was able to find a way to still my mind and remain present. For someone who had always had trouble sitting still in meditation, this is invaluable. After seeing the positive effects yoga has had on my life I decided that I want to share my knowledge with others. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa flow classes as well as children's yoga. I love teaching and always find new inspiration in my students.
