I discovered the immense benefits of yoga a few years ago and soon found that I was wanting to be at the studio almost every day. Yoga has enabled me to achieve much needed personal balance, greater happiness and I have met some wonderful, inspiring people along the way.

With a background in teaching dance, I decided to leave a stressful, high powered job in international education management and start my own business; teaching computer science to children, as well as follow my passion for yoga.

I completed my 200hr Yin and Yang study immersion with Simon Low at the Yoga Academy in Koh Samui, and have since become qualified to teach Hot Yoga under the expert guidance of Jozef Wiewel. Forever a student of the practice I am truly grateful for the compassion and wisdom my teachers have shared with me.

My classes are focused, with particular attention to correct postural alignment and breath: by allowing your body to arrive at the posture that is right for you, nothing is forced and the resulting practice is safe and comfortable. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, energised and balanced with greater awareness of the specific needs of your individual body.
