Through several encounters with yoga over the course of her life and travels, Piret took it on as a lifestyle in 2011 while experimenting with meditation and looking for ways to greater levels of concentration. Shortly after, her path led to kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and from there on there was no looking back! In 2015 Piret or Param Kaur as she had become known in the community started teaching to a small group of friends in the centre of Brussels and is now dividing her time between a busy corporate career and the exhilarating sensation of offering kundalini yoga to her class.
