Teaching Style: Vinyasa – Basic and Intermediate, Meditation

Teaching Vinyasa flow with step by step approach to each asana. Using mindful movements and breathing to center the mind and the body, the primary themes are based on muscle extension, breathing, doing fun and challenging poses that benefit the physical body, and at the same time, drawing the mind to focus to the inner self.

The classes are designed so that students can experience the "lightness" in their hearts, with acceptance, understanding and compassion---of self and others. Truly believing in inspiring her students to practice yoga as a way to connect and discover their inner-self.

- Completed Lullaby Yoga 200-hour Teacher Training Program (Yoga Alliance US RYS) on 23 November 2012
- Completed Rainbow Kids Yoga 80-hour Teacher Training Course (Yoga Alliance UK RYS) on 22 July 2013
- Completed Training Program for Traditional Thai Massage Course 150-hour (Thai Traditional Medical Services Society) from 1-30 December 2013
- NLP Master Practitioner Training Triple Certification November 2014
