I have practised yoga for over 10 years and seen the amazing results that it has given me in terms of mental clarity and physical fitness. Naturally I wanted to share this with I completed my teacher training in Thailand 3 years ago and began my teaching. My classes were designed to be a physical work out focussing of breath and culminating in a long savasana at the end where I would adjust my students to maximise restoration and relaxation. I have now moved even further towards a restorative practice and work with prenatal clients. It is an honour to work with women at this time in their life where they are super receptive to this connection to mind and mother and baby.
