Been practicing different forms of yoga for many years, been teaching for a few years. The teaching focuses on the 8 limbs or steps of yoga and is deeply meditative while also being physically demanding to deepen the relaxation response. The focus is the use of yoga for stress reduction and therapy. Shortly will be able to provide receipts for therapeutic yoga classes.
