Wonderful!!

Rachel is an excellent instructor! She was one of my first instructors as I started my yoga journey and has immensely shaped my yoga practice. Her flows are challenging, yet make you feel so great! She is very knowledgeable about yoga and creating a spiritual atmosphere in class to help you connect with your mind and body. I am so thankful for her positive energy and contribution to my yoga journey.

Great yoga teacher all in all

I was a complete novice to yoga and being a male student I was quite intimidated at first. Rachel made me feel welcome and reassured me that I would do fine. After the first class I was hooked! She does spice it up a bit but she makes it up to you. You don't feel pressured at all to do something with your body that you'll regret later. Love her classes! Definitely recommend!

Fun, Friendly and Fierce

Rachel White has really made an impact on my life. Her classes are instructed true to the class description with level 1 flows focusing on fundamentals and vinyasa 1/2 hard, hot and fun. In addition to looking forward the physically challenging and playful flows, I really enjoy the words she shares with her class. Her attitude in class that centers around being and loving yourself has really helped me raise my levels of self esteem.

Before I started yoga, I wasn't sure where my life was going, what my purpose was, and I was incredibly dissatisfied with pretty much every aspect of myself. Going to her classes has allowed me to build self-esteem and self-awareness that I had been lacking for years. Rachel is committed to helping you succeed in yoga and in life. She gently corrects you in class to ensure your safety while helping you develop your practice. Her classes are the highlight of my week and I am so thankful to have found her guidance.

Awesome Instructor

Rachel is a dedicated and passionate instructor. She is full of energy and light with a special talent for making everyone feel comfortable regardless their level. In twenty plus years of yoga, Rachel is the first instructor that made me want to practice yoga daily. She encourages self-confidence and self-love at each practice which is why her students adore her!

Rachel Rocks!

Rachel is one of the first yoga teachers that has really spoken to me! After only taking her classes, for generally 3x a week for 2-3 months I have learned an incredible amount about not just my body, but my mind & soul. Her classes are very hands on with frequent adjustments and explanations, yet she is constantly demonstrating what she is explaining. Her class can be a challenging work out, yet she always seems to lace them with a very spiritual core. Rachel has changed my body & life!

She changed my life, more importantly my journey.

The first yoga class I ever took, the first yogi I ever got to watch was Rachel. I was a newbie at best, and the energy I felt from her presence made me feel as though I was home. The gift of instruction she has I'm not sure I could put into words, but if I could choose a word it would be, incredible. Her instruction touches every person where they are, in their own body, that day. I think yoga could change anyone's life I would just hope all of those people could meet a Rachel to help them find the fun, beauty, and energy within them. She changed my life, she made me want to come back, but more importantly she changed my journey in this body. Namaste.

Rachel is my yoga fairy godmother. She should be yours too

Rachel has changed my yoga life. Her privates have given me a new found confidence on my mat. Because of her guidance (in both privates and group classes) my yoga prowess has grown exponentially. I'm now not afraid to try a new handstand in her handstand Friday group class. Rachel is the perfect combination of athleticism and spirituality. She is a Yoga fairy godmother. I wish there were more than 5 stars. Because she deserves more.

Great yoga teacher!

I started practicing yoga in April of last year and Rachel has been the top teacher that I frequent the most. Her classes are not only active and fun but full of learning!. She is always open for questions and suggestions during and after class. Her classes always have a good amount of students attending them and she is easy to follow for any beginner yogi. Her routines are different each time and she also challenges anyone with different options for yoga poses. I highly recommend Rachel White as an experienced yoga teacher who is willing to grow with her students personally and professionally.

Rachel is a fun and energetic Yoga instructor. She works well to challenge but make people at different fitness levels feel encouraged. Rachel knows her stuff and totally cares about what she is doing. I definitely recommend her as a yoga instructor.

Amazing Class Taught By an Amazing Instructor

I have been practicing with for over two years now. When I first started going Rachel's class my favorite was her signature saying, "Remember that I am only your guide." instructing us to pay attention to our body's needs. She introduces you to new postures of all levels encouraging you try new poses, but never compromising your safety. She is very enthusiastic, fun, and knowledgable making every class amazing regardless of the difficulty. She is very experienced with the alignment of postures. If you want a difficult workout, a relaxation session, or a combination of the two Rachel is your instructor.

I have found my yoga soul mate!

Rachel has been my yoga instructor for over 2 years. She is amazing and covers all aspects of yoga. I love working out and being social, but I also enjoy the spiritual aspect of yoga so Rachel is a perfect fit for me because she incorporates all aspects of yoga and is a very versatile instructor. She is constantly challenging me spiritually and physically, and my body and mind have never felt better!

My favorite yogi, Rachel White.❤️

Rachel's classes are always inviting from the beginning to the end. She guides you into that peaceful state we all crave and seek from our yoga practice. She also is always there to inspire you to push yourself to the next level so you leave with a great sense of accomplishment and gratification. I am still a novice in my own personal yoga journey and can honestly say I learn something new each time I attend her class. She is a radiant human being both in her instruction and in her off the mat life and inspires many to maintain a positive approach to every aspect of our daily lives.

Rachel made my introduction into yoga graceful and fun. I was very insecure, especially trying something new in front of people, when I started practicing yoga. I felt (and still do) extremely safe both emotionally and physically when working with her. She always has options and makes it very ok to be wherever I am in my practice. She makes it very apparent that she cares about her students and wants each of them to find peace, freedom, and fun within their bodies, minds, and spirits.

BEST OF THE BEST

Rachel White is the best of the best. I am a cardio junkie and I have tried and failed to enjoy yoga many times until I met Rachel. Rachel's personality is the perfect combination of fun and professional. I started practicing with her over a year ago and I am truly addicted to her classes. I make it a goal to try and attend her classes five days a week if possible. She is not only in tune with each yogi's body but also their state of mind which might vary day to day. Her classes are rejuvenating for the mind, body, and spirit. I tell people her classes make you feel like you just had a fantastic massage. She has not only changed my yoga practice but also my life.

I was new to yoga and very nervous! Rachel was such a supportive and flexible teacher. She always had modifications so everyone could participate. She's so sweet and very knowledgeable about yoga. You can tell that she really cares for all her students. I always felt confident in her class.

Elevated Spirit

Rachel is definitely a challenging teacher. She manages the room with direct instruction but provides modifications with nonchalance. I walk away from a session with Rachel knowing exactly what I need to work on and still loving my body.
